This is a legally binding agreement between you and Ziraleya Cleaning Services Limited. Carefully read the terms and conditions. You signify your agreement to these Terms by using our services or accessing Ziraleya Cleaning services.
Our Services
Ziraleya Cleaning Services provides high-standard cleaning services tailored to your cleaning needs. Our services are performed by friendly cleaning personnel who will amaze you with how well we clean your home, office, pub, restaurant or school. Not only do we have the best staff, but we use the best cleaning products, leaving your property feeling and smelling fresh.
Booking and Scheduling
An appointment can be booked with Ziraleya Cleaning Services via phone, email, or the Company’s online booking system. We will then arrange a 15-minute visit to your property, for you to explain in detail what cleaning you need, or a video call can also be arranged if you need the cleaning done as soon as possible. However, seeing your property face to face will ensure we provide the clean you desire, without any misunderstanding or additional cost.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Requests for rescheduling must be made one week in advance and rescheduling can only be made twice within the same month or when we have availability. Failure to provide adequate notice or exceed the minimum rescheduling will result in NO DEPOSIT REFUND. When cancelling, a minimum notice of 5 working days from the day you booked your cleaning is required for cancellation, if notice is given, then you will receive a refund minus a 25% admin charge deduction from your deposit.
Payment Terms
To book with Ziraleya Cleaning Services a 50% deposit needs to be paid to confirm your booking, and then the remaining payment is due when the cleaner arrives.
Client Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide staff full access to your property and ensure that the area to be cleaned is safe and free from all hazards. You must ensure that all fragile items should be placed securely to prevent them from breaking. If staff are using your supplies, you need to ensure that all supplies are accessible and charged before the cleaner arrives, as this will result in service being delayed or even cancelled without a refund.
Liability
Ziraleya Cleaning Services will take reasonable care while performing cleaning services but is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or incorrect installation of fixtures and fittings. The Company is insured for public liability. Any claims must be made within 24 hours of the service date.
Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints regarding the service provided must be reported to the managers. The team will investigate complaints and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
Confidentiality
Ziraleya Cleaning Services respects the Client’s privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
